	This incorporates all of the basic service plus the following :

A location service to pinpoint your exact location in case you are lost and, if you wish, to tell others your position and give you directions to wherever you need to go

Helpful and friendly trained staff who will arrange appointments, inform relatives and friends, procure taxis and other services, provide any information you need and be available until the problem is resolved.
